DAY 1: AUCKLAND – MEMPHIS
Welcome to Memphis – This tour starts and ends in Memphis. Accommodation is at the Travelodge or similar hotel with breakfast is included. Your local Tour guide will meet you on arrival and transfer you to your hotel
DAY 2: MEMPHIS
This afternoon, experience this amazing city on your guided city sightseeing tour. Your expert Local Guide knows the history of Memphis like no one else including the inside, “backstage” stories from the folks who were there. For music lovers, a visit to the Rock ‘n’ Soul Museum, which traces Memphis’ cultural and musical past. End the day with and enjoyable river cruise.
DAY 3: GRACELAND Today is dedicated to a guided audio tour of Graceland. Experience life as Elvis did by walking through the decadent and quirky rooms where he felt truly at home. Finish your tour of Graceland with a visit to the Meditation Garden, where Elvis often went to reflect on life, and where he is now laid to rest along with members of his family. You’ll also be able to board “The King’s” private jet! – His collection of cars and other memorabilia.
DAY 4: GRACELAND/MEMPHIS
This morning, return for a short visit to Graceland followed by city sightseeing. tour. For music lovers, a visit to the Rock ‘n’ Soul Museum, which traces Memphis’ cultural and musical past.
DAY 5 TUPELO – ELVIS BIRTHPLACE
Enjoy a day excursion with the group to Tupelo and Elvis childhood home. Visit the church where Elvis first heard Gospel music and explore the museum and exhibits at Elvis Presley Birthplace Park
DAY 6 MEMPHIS – SUN STUDIO – PEABODY DUCKS
Today the group will visit to the Rock ‘n’ Soul Museum, which traces Memphis’ cultural and musical past. End the day with a visit to Sun Studio, probably the most famous recording studio in the world, where rock ‘n’ roll was first recorded. Hear outtakes from sessions, stand in the very same spot that Elvis first recorded, see memorabilia, and relive the history of the studio that launched the careers of Johnny Cash, BB King, and many other music legends. End the day with a visit to the Peabody Hotel and see the ducks ride the elevator from the ground floor to their rooftop pool.
DAY 7 MEMPHIS
Today you have a free day in Memphis for shopping or more sightseeing.
DAY 8- 9 MEMPHSIS – NEW ZEALAND
Today the group returns to New Zealand arriving Auckland 27 September 2025.
