HOLIDAY SAVINGS PLANS

SAVINGS PLANS: Kiwi Travel Club savings plans are designed to assist members regularly put aside funds to pay for all or part of that dream holiday. Kiwi Travel Club rewards members on savings plans with regular prize draws and once you achieve your goal you will receive bonus travel vouchers to add to your holiday fund.

HOW DO HOLIDAY SAVINGS PLANS WORK? Start by completing the saving plan setup form. Use the link below. It is a quite simple process:

1. SAVINGS GOAL: Tell us a little bit about what you intend to do with your holiday funds. (e.g. Club Group Tour, Queenstown Ski Trip, Family Holiday Home Rental, Drive USA Route 66)
2. SAVINGS TARGET: Set your initial savings target. We suggest you keep it small and achievable. You can always amend your target once your initial target is achieved.
3. SELECT YOUR PAYMENT OPTION: (See options below)

HOLIDAY SAVINGS TRACKER:

Members receive a regular monthly statement detailing payments, withdrawals and progress towards your savings target.

PAYMENT OPTIONS – We offer two payment options:

• Auto-pay: Select the auto-pay option on the setup form. Enter the amount to be paid by autopay direct debit. (Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly) NB: if you miss a payment – no problems or late fees- just do a manual payment later.
• Flexi-pay: Kiwi Travel Club will send a monthly holiday savings tracker statement – Pay what you can afford by bank transfer or direct debit.

BONUSES & REWARDS – Kiwi Travel Club offers members on savings plans rewards and bonuses as listed below. Bonuses are added to the members holiday savings tracker and can be used to purchase any travel service offered by Kiwi Travel Club. (Bonuses are valid for 24-months and cannot be cashed out)

• Welcome Bonus – All members receive a welcome bonus of $25.00 once the plan is setup and your first payment processed.
• Savings Target Bonus – Members receive a further bonus of 5% when your savings target is received. (e.g. Savings target $2,000 – Target Bonus $100 plus welcome bonus $25 Total bonuses $125) Please note the maximum target bonus is $250 based a $5,000 savings target.
• Prize Draws – All members on holiday savings plans are entered into regular prize draws as advised in the club newsletter. Prizes include free return flights within New Zealand, Short Breaks at popular destinations and exclusive deals offered by club service providers.

HOLIDAY SAVINGS PLAN WITHDRAWALS:

You can use your savings to pay for any Kiwi Travel Club Tour or Travel Package. (Simply tick the payment option on the booking form) You can also use your savings to reimburse you for payments made to our online travel partners via the club website. (Expedia, Booking.com, Bookit and others) Attach a booking confirmation copy to your withdrawal request.

Your funds are held in our designated trust account. Funds can be withdrawn at any time. For security purposes withdrawals are deposited only to the bank account nominated when the plan was setup. Please allow up to 7-days for the transfer to show in your nominated account. Please note a processing fee may be charged for cash withdrawals. Withdrawals for club tours, packages and travel partners bookings are free of charge.
