FLEXIBLE BOOKING TERMS
All members can access flexible booking and payment terms on Kiwi Travel Club Member Tours and on some other bookings.
Club Tours: Our new booking and payment options allow members booking most Club Tours to change departure dates or tours, decrease, increase, or pause club member payment plans, add, or remove, optional inclusions such as stopovers or optional day tours and make name changes on tours with included group flights. To access these options send us an email or use the contact form on our website.
Partner Tours & Hotels: Have separate booking terms and conditions. See the providers website for details.
Expedia Travel Services: Many of the hotels, holiday homes and activity providers listed on Expedia offer no deposit-pay on arrival terms. Use your credit card to guarantee your booking you get interest free terms up to your arrival date and then depending on the card up to an additional up to 55-days interest free. Please be aware that rental car pay on arrival bookings are not eligible for club credits.
Bookit Travel Services: This service provides members with access to several thousand accommodation and activity options New Zealand wide. Most offer free cancellation by a set date. A credit card is required.
TRAVEL LOANS

KIWI TRAVEL CLUB NO DEPOSIT FLEXI-PAY TERMS
Many club tours and other services have a no deposit flexi-pay option. Simply tick the flexi-pay option when booking and we will send you more details on the options applicable to your booking.
How Flexi-Pay Works & Commitment Dates:
The commitment date is the date we need a firm commitment and payment from you to join the tour or event so we in turn can up confirm with the tour suppliers our booking and payment arrangements. The confirmation dates are on our website. Using flexi-pay we work with you to get most, if not all, of the tour cost, paid over the interest free period. Two flexi-pay options are available:
- Auto Pay: You pay a set amount weekly, fortnightly, or monthly on an agreed payment plan by direct debit to your nominated bank account or credit card. A processing fee is payable on credit cards but otherwise no fees or interest is payable.
- Weekly or Monthly Invoice: We send a weekly or monthly invoice for the agreed amount on your payment plan. Just select one of the payment options listed on the invoice. If you want to skip a payment not a problem, you can also decrease or increase the payment amount, just send us an email, or use the website contact form. Alternatively, simply pay any balance due on the commitment date. Unlike some of the other payment services we do not charge a fee for missed payments. That’s why we call it flexi-pay!
